1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Hyperfokus online shop under the domain www.hyperfokus.xyz.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.

The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices quoted are final prices in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation) and do not include VAT.

Shipping costs may apply in addition to the prices shown. These will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Our products are individually manufactured after ordering (print-on-demand).

6. Retention of title


The goods remain our property until full payment is received.


7. Right of withdrawal

8. Warranty


The statutory warranty rights apply.


9. Liability


We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.


10. Dispute Resolution


The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.


11. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.


The contract language is German.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
