Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason .

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

You can use the sample cancellation form below , but you are not obliged to do so.


Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

The goods may be used to examine their condition, properties and functionality in the same way as would be possible in a retail store.


Return shipping costs

The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods .

Any return label provided is without any acknowledgment of cost reimbursement .


replacement value

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.


Consequences of cancellation / refund

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you , including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation of this contract.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you.


Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. personalized products with names, photos or individual designs).

Non-personalized products with fixed designs are subject to the right of withdrawal.


Damage and problems

Please inspect the goods upon receipt and contact us immediately at hyperfokus@hyperfokus.xyz if the item is damaged, the wrong item was delivered, or if there are any other problems.
