Shipping Costs

Shipping is free.

Production & Processing Time

Our products are custom-made after an order is placed (print-on-demand). The nearest production site is used so that delivery times are the same for all countries.

Processing time is usually 2-5 business days.

Delivery Times

Shipping takes place after production is complete.

The average delivery times are:

• 6-14 days

The indicated delivery times represent average empirical values and may vary in individual cases.

Shipping Service Providers & Tracking

Shipping is handled by common shipping service providers with tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.

If available, this will include a tracking number.

Customs, Taxes and Import Duties

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import duties may apply.

These are not calculated at checkout and must be borne by the buyer. They are levied by the responsible customs or shipping authorities.

Delivery Delays

For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods passes only upon delivery of the goods to the customer.
