Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but you are not obliged to do so.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The goods may be used to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality as would be possible in a retail store.
Return Shipping Costs
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Any return label provided is without recognition of cost absorption.
Compensation for Value Loss
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
Consequences of Withdrawal / Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Excluded from the right of withdrawal are goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g., personalized products with names, photos, or individual designs).
Non-personalized products with fixed designs are subject to the right of withdrawal.
Damage and Problems
Please check the goods upon receipt and contact us immediately at hyperfokus@hyperfokus.xyz if the item is damaged, a wrong item was delivered, or if there are any other problems.
